Whitney Denning

Whitney joined MacArthur, Heder & Metler in 2021, and works directly with Jeff Metler in Personal Injury. 

She studied at Utah Valley University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree. Whitney received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law. While attending law school, she was a member of the trial advocacy team and the alternative dispute resolution board and competed throughout the U.S. in mock trial competitions and negotiation competitions. 

Prior to joining MacArthur, Heder & Metler, Whitney has previously represented clients in the areas of tax law, family law, civil litigation, and criminal defense.
