Biography
Stephanie L. Condrat (formerly Stephanie L. O’Brien) is a skilled trial attorney with extensive experience litigating civil matters related to contracts, business disputes, probate matters (wills, trusts, guardianships, and adoptions), and real property. In addition to her litigation experience, Stephanie has honed her knowledge and skills as an experienced transactional and estate planning attorney (having drafted countless wills, trusts, LLCs, assets protection trusts, investment agreements, etc.).
Having focused on these core areas since the beginning of her legal career, Stephanie is well versed in litigating matters related to her practice areas and is also skilled in drafting contracts, business agreements, and estate planning documents that achieve her clients’ objectives while reducing their exposure to future litigation.
In 2008, Ms. O’Brien practiced law in Las Vegas, Nevada at a boutique estate planning, guardianship and probate litigation firm. Since 2009, Stephanie has built a reputable and focused practice in Utah County. As a litigator, Stephanie has gained a reputation for being aggressive (when necessary), professional, and effective in bringing matters to resolution (whether through trial or settlement).
