Stephanie L. O’Brien has been practicing law since 2008 and, for the duration of her practice, has focused on estate planning, probate, probate litigation, guardianships and general civil litigation. As a result of her focused practice areas, Stephanie is well versed in matters relating to estate planning (wills, trusts, LLCs, family foundations, etc.) and probate (guardianships, conservatorships, name changes, probates or contests of wills, reformation of trusts, etc.), as well as litigation surrounding those areas. Stephanie is also experienced in litigating general civil matters related to contracts, business law and adoptions.

In 2008, Ms. O’Brien practiced law in Las Vegas, Nevada at a boutique estate planning, guardianship and probate litigation firm. Since 2009, Stephanie has built a reputable and focused practice in Utah County. Stephanie is an experienced trial attorney and, as a civil litigator, has gained a reputation for being professional and effective in bringing matters to resolution (whether through trial or settlement). Stephanie is a mother to two beautiful children and enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.
