Cody Millward

Cody Millward is an associate attorney to Bill Heder and Paul MacArthur. His practice focuses primarily on the areas of estate planning and contract drafting. Cody is a member of the Utah State Bar and the Kalispel Bar. Prior to working at MHM Cody attended Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. During law school Cody represented Gonzaga in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition in the Western Region, where he and his team were awarded for their outstanding appellate brief writing. Cody also worked in Gonzaga’s clinical legal programs where he represented clients before the IRS and represented members of the Kalispel Tribe of Indians in tribal court. Cody received his bachelor’s degree in international studies from Utah State University, and speaks Danish fluently.
