Stephanie L. Condrat (formerly Stephanie L. O’Brien)

Stephanie L. Condrat (formerly Stephanie L. O’Brien) joined MacArthur Heder & Metler in 2017 and became senior partner in 2018. Stephanie is a skilled trial attorney with extensive experience litigating civil and commercial matters related to contracts, business disputes, probate matters (wills, trusts, guardianships, and adoptions), and real property disputes.

Having focused on these core areas since the beginning of her legal career, Stephanie also draws from knowledge gained through her success as seasoned a litigator when assisting her clients with transactional needs (i.e. business contracts, SaaS agreements, investment contracts, etc.). When providing transactional services, Stephanie is adept at negotiating and drafting contractual terms that limit her client’s risk should such documents require enforcement in the future.

In 2008, Ms. Condrat practiced law in Las Vegas, Nevada at a boutique estate planning, guardianship and probate litigation firm. Since 2009, Stephanie has built a reputable and focused practice throughout the Wasatch Front. As a litigator, Stephanie has gained a reputation for being aggressive (when necessary), professional, and effective in bringing matters to resolution (whether through trial or settlement). Stephanie has successfully argued cases before Utah’s various district courts, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the Utah Supreme Court.

Stephanie is a mother to two beautiful children and a wife to her husband, Aaron. Stephanie enjoys baking, traveling, spending time with her loved ones, and studying the Korean language.
