Biography
Daniel is a transactional and tax associate at MacArthur, Heder and Metler, PLLC. He advises partnerships, LLCs, and corporations on complex business matters, including business formations, governance, taxation, non-profit entities, contract negotiation, securities regulation, and mergers and acquisitions. Daniel also helps clients create and manage estate plans, including trusts and business structures which ensure tax efficiency and asset protection.
Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Brigham Young University, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. During his time at OU Law, he distinguished himself as a Note and Comment Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review and held leadership positions in both the Business Law Society and the Technology and Legal Innovation Society. His practical experience was further enriched by a year in the University’s Office of Legal Counsel, where he contributed on employment law issues, contract drafting, and extensive legal research.
Outside of his legal practice, Daniel values family time with his wife, Erika, and their young daughter. He is an avid fly fisherman and relishes any opportunity to be outside in nature.
