Bill O. Heder

Bill is a founding partner of MHM, having joined with his law school classmate, Paul MacArthur to create the firm in 2003. He graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1998 where he received the Utah State Bar Foundation’s “Student Professional Responsibility Award” for 1998. His thesis on “Search and Seizure in Public Schools” was published in the BYU Education and Law Journal.

Bill practices in the areas of estate planning, elder law, probate settlement and business planning. He has served as a Court-appointed special master and court visitor for adult guardianships in the Third and Fourth Judicial Districts, and advised several charitable foundations and community service groups serving or protecting the elderly. Additionally, he and Paul MacArthur lead one of Utah’s most active adoption practices.
